π΅ Booking & Payment:
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve your ceremony date and time.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the ceremony.
All fees must be paid in full at least one week before the ceremony, unless special arrangements are made.
β Add-Ons & Customization:
Ceremony and rehearsal coordination can be added for $100.00.
One (1) Special Element (e.g., Unity Candle, Sand Blending, Handfasting) may be added to any package not already including one.
Additional elements: $25.00 each
Note: Couples must provide all materials for special elements.
β±οΈ Time Overages:
Ceremonies or rehearsals exceeding the allotted time are charged $25.00 per 15 minutes (or portion thereof).
π Communication:
Platinum, Gold, and Silver packages include unlimited phone, text, and email support.
π½οΈ Rehearsal Dinners & Receptions:
Pastor Skip does not typically attend rehearsal dinners or receptions.
Blessings at receptions are subject to additional fees based on waiting time.
πΊοΈ Travel Policy:
Travel up to 50 miles or 1 hour (from New Oxford, PA) is included.
Travel beyond that is charged at:
π $1.50 per mile, or
β³ $25.00 per 15 minutes (one way), based on Google Maps calculations.
Example: 80 miles β 50 miles = 30 miles x $1.50 = $45.00
Example: 75 minutes β 60 minutes = 15 minutes x $25 = $25.00
π¨ Hotel accommodations are required if:
The ceremony is more than 100 miles away, or
The ceremony takes place after 6:00 PM and travel is over the 100-mile range.
